2019年是中华人民共和国成立70周年，也是当代中国政治学发展70年，可以从“政治学学科”和“政治学研究”两个维度来梳理和分析政治学在中国的发展进程，思考中国政治学目前处在何处，从何处来，要往何处去。中国政治学学科的70年和中国政治学研究的70年与中国政治发展的70年是密不可分的。政治学学科和研究的演进发展是中国现代化建设乃至世界现代化进程中的一部分，是其映射，是其成果，也是其助力。70年来，中国政治学学科经历了建制化、专业化、国际化的渐进演化，中国政治学研究也不断多元化、精细化、科学化，已经基本形成结构合理、特点突出、适应国家需要的中国政治学科和研究格局。这些发展得益于学科自身的建设和突破、几代政治学学人的奋斗与传承，也是在中国和世界政治实践的交互影响中取得的。

2019 is the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 70th year of the development of contemporary Chinese political science. We can sort out and analyze the development process of Political Science in China from two dimensions of “political science discipline” and “political science research”, and think about where China’s political science is, where it comes from and where it is going. The 70 years of China’s political science discipline and the 70 years of China’s political science research are inseparable from the 70 years of China’s political development. The evolution and development of political science discipline and research is a part of China’s modernization construction and even the world’s modernization process, a reflection, a result and a boost. In the past 70 years, the discipline of political science in China has experienced gradual evolution of institutionalization, specialization and internationalization. The research of political science in China has also been diversified, refined and scientific, and has basically formed a Chinese political discipline and research pattern with reasonable structure, outstanding characteristics and meeting the needs of the country.
