摘要： 家庭是群己领域的一个基本问题，它是把握个体与社会、国家之间关系的一个重要环节。家庭是一个基于共同人身所有权的命运共同体，内部实行财产共产主义。家庭成员的共同人身所有权与个体的自我所有权互相嵌置，并在一定程度上独立于个体。婚姻是个体让渡人身所有权而形成的共同人身所有权，离婚是解除家庭中配偶双方的共同人身所有权，死亡则是共同人身所有权的消灭，也意味着家庭的解体。长远来看，家庭必然将随着国家的消亡而消灭，但目前家庭共产主义仍然是阶级再生产的基本方式。

Abstract:
As a basic philomena in the group-self area, family is an important link between individual and
the society and the state. Family is a common future community based on the common body ownership,
which carries up the property communism. The common body ownership of family members is
embedded in their self-ownership, and independent of individuals in some way. Marriage is the way that
the couple alienate their body ownership to making the common body ownership. Divorce is the way to
remove the common body ownership, and death means the destruction of the common body ownership.
In the long run, with the extinction of the state, family will disappear. However, the family communism is
the main way of class reproduction.
