摘要：
数智创业是推动半数智时代向全数智时代迈进的创造性破坏力量，系统研究数智创业的构成要素及其演进过程，对于加速全数智时代转向具有重要学术价值和紧迫现实意义。数智技术对于创业过程而言不仅是一项新技术应用，更重要的是催生了数智机会、数智资本、数智阶层以及数智制度等创业要素新组合。作为数智创业源头和归宿的数智机会是技术创业和数字创业进化的结果；数智资本是从产业资本中分离出来，专门执行数智生产阶段投资职能的一种独立资本形态，有其自身独特运行规律；数智阶层是数智创业的实践主体，由数智企业家、数智创意人士和智能簇群组成；数智制度和上述创业要素之间的交互演进是数智创业产生和扩散的驱动力。当下应该包容对待数智创业带来的系统性冲击和变革，引导数智创业在全要素、全行业和全领域有序创造新动力，推动从后互联网时代到半数智时代再到全数智时代的早日实现。

Abstract:
Digital intelligence entrepreneurship is a creative and destructive force to promote the internet
era to the era of all digital intelligence. Digital intelligence technology gives birth to a new combination
of entrepreneurial elements such as digital intelligence opportunity, digital intelligence capital, digital
intelligence class and digital intelligence system. At present, we should treat the systematic impact and
change brought by digital intelligence entrepreneurship, guide digital intelligence entrepreneurship to
create new impetus in all factors, industries and fields, and promote the early realization of the era from post internet era to half wisdom era and then to all digital intelligence era.
