摘要: 现代阐释学多集中于文本问题的讨论,但它终究是个哲学问题。从某种意义上讲,作为解释对象的文本只不过是一个中介,它对外联通世界,对内接引心灵。世界和心灵的双重无限,决定了文本阐释的无限。以此为背景,在阐释者与阐释对象之间,人为了达至真理性认识必须借助阐释,但一旦诉诸阐释就必然不是事物本身。这种存在于阐释活动和阐释对象之间的悖论,使了无终局成为阐释的命运,也使阐释史成为“猫鼠之间的永恒游戏史”。据此,为阐释划界,更多涉及的不是人的认识,而是阐释对象为人而存在的价值。从中国传统经学阐释学看,实现这种价值的主体不是阐释者,而是权力和制度。这为建基于公共理性的公共阐释提供了一种异化形式。同时,在阐释学领域,共识的达成往往预示着阐释的终结,就此而言,它最好是一个永远悬于未来的方案。

Abstract: Modern hermeneutics focuses more on the discussion of the text, but it is a philosophical question after all. In some sense, the text as the object of the interpretation is just a mediator, which connects the world from the outside, and approaches to the mind from the inside. The dual in?nity of the world and the mind determines the in?nity of the hermeneutics of the text. Under this background, human beings understand the truth of the world by virtue of the interpretation. However, any interpretation cannot equals to the thing itself, so the paradox between the hermeneutics and the object makes the interpretation in?nite. In term of this, the boundary of the interpretation concerns more about the value of the object to the human beings, rather than our cognition. From the traditional hermeneutics of Chinese Confucian Classics, the subject of this is not the interpreter but the power and the regime, which provides an alien form of the public interpretation based on the public reason.
