摘要：
在现代社会，随着政治化程度日益提升，对于公共决策的科学性要求也就越来越高。今天的公共决策具有波及范围广、权威性强、可塑性小等显著特征，因而与过去的公共决策完全不可同日而语。同时，任何公共决策都有可能因为主观或者客观的原因而发生偏差，所以反思与纠偏就是科学决策的必要环节和基本要求。可以通过调适性纠偏、终止性纠偏、易人性纠偏等不同形式来对既定的决策进行修正，使其更加符合科学决策的要求。在决策活动中，需要确立反思与纠偏的意识，把握反思与纠偏的时机，并建立健全反思与纠偏的机制。

Abstract:
With the increasing degree of politicization, the requirements for rational public decision-making are also
higher and higher in the modern society. Today’s public decision-making is characterized by wide influence, strong
authority and weak moldablity which is totally different from the past public decision-making. At the same time, any
public decision-making may be biased due to subjective or objective reasons, therefore, reflection and correction
should be the basic requirement of rational decision-making. The established decision can be modified by adjusting,
terminating and changing the person in charge to make it more in line with the requirements of scientific decision-
making. It is necessary to establish the awareness, grasp the timing as well as improve the mechanism of reflection and correction when making decisions.
