摘要：
继五四思想启蒙以来，20世纪七八十年代之交，“疾病”意象又一次涌现于文学创作中。这一时期“病态”叙事的重现具有更为复杂、新颖的情感指向和隐喻内涵：一方面作者借丰富的疾病意象传达其对于历史、文化、社会的隐喻性思考；另一方面伴随对疾病意象的审美化、奇观化滥用和过度演绎，疾病意象隐喻内涵的“空心化”等问题也因之出现。对新时期病态叙事的重现及其隐喻内涵的分析，须结合中国文学史及传统文化内核进行溯源式的流变考察，回归具体历史、文化、社会语境以揭示其背后隐秘的现实动因及时代考量，厘清这一阶段作家对于病态话语的多重建构及其复杂的情感指向，辨析其局限性所在。

Abstract:
Following the enlightenment of the May Fourth Movement, the image of“Illness” once again appeared in literary creation at the turn of the 1970s and 1980s. The recurrence of pathological narratives in this period has more complex and novel emotional orientation and metaphoric connotations: on the one hand, the author uses rich illness images to convey his metaphorical thinking about history, culture, and society, and on the other hand, the aestheticization, spectacle abuse and over-deduction of illness images also arise. Regarding the recurrence of the morbid narrative in the new era and the analysis of the metaphorical connotation, it is necessary to combine the history of Chinese literature and the core of traditional culture to conduct a retrospective study of the evolution, and return to the specific history, culture, and social context to reveal the hidden realistic motivation and era behind it.
