摘要：
唐纳德·特朗普的四年执政彻底塑造了美国联邦政府的权力结构及其政治生态，引发了美国政治的所谓“特朗普化”。一方面，特朗普在各层面强化了总统权力扩张，导致了府会互动宪政框架的党争工具化，加剧了联邦司法系统的保守化趋势。另一方面，特朗普唤起了白人群体的“身份政治”，帮助共和党扩展选民范围的同时加深了民主党的困境，在一定程度上也放纵了政治表达的暴力倾向。在特朗普卸任之后，新任民主党总统拜登不可避免地要面对同样的政治局面,并展现出某些延续性；而共和党则将面对特朗普个人与“特朗普化”之间的平衡。

Abstract:
Donald Trump’s four-year presidency which has thoroughly shaped the U.S. federal power structure and
political ecology triggered the so-called“Trumpization”of American politics. After Trump administration, the new
president Biden form the Democratic Party will inevitably face the same political situation and show some continuity, and the Republican Party will face the difficulty of achieving balance between Trump and the“Trumpization”.
