摘要：
俄罗斯转型以来的经济发展状况，一直是国内外关注的重要问题。俄罗斯经济体制转型已30年。在此期间，不论其经济体制转型还是经济发展都经历了一个曲折与复杂的过程。俄罗斯转型以来经济发展的进程，可以分为4个阶段：1992—1999年，2000—2007年，2008—2019年，2020年以后。梳理俄罗斯经济发展进程，对其各个历史阶段出现的问题进行分析，对一些重要问题提出看法，有利于我们把握俄罗斯经济发展的前景。

Abstract:
Russia’s economic development since the transition has been an important issue of concern at home and
abroad. Economic development is not only a basic factor reflecting the rise and fall of Russia as well as social stability,
but also an important reference for analyzing the gains and losses of its institutional transformation. Russia’s economic
system transformation has been 30 years. During this period, both its economic system transformation and economic
development have experienced a tortuous and complex process. This paper combs the process of Russian economic
development, analyzes the problems in various historical stages, and puts forward some opinions on some important problems. The economic structure is conducive to us to grasp the prospect of Russian economic development.
