摘要：
建党百年历史，伴随着中国马克思主义法学形成和发展的历史。近代中国效仿西方资本主义道路的努力失败，中国共产党在革命战争和根据地建设中解放思想，将马克思主义基本原理与中国革命具体实践相结合，初步形成了中国马克思主义法学理论；新中国成立后，中央在法制领域进行了一系列探索，取得一定成就，但也遭遇曲折；改革开放时期，遵循解放思想、实事求是的思想路线，法学得以恢复和发展，中国马克思主义法学体系逐步成型；党的十八大以来，我国进一步解放思想，在法治中国建设历程中形成了习近平法治思想，中国马克思主义法学进入新发展阶段。
Abstract:
The 100-year history of the founding of the CPC is the history of the formation and development of Chinese Marxist jurisprudence. The Chinese Communists combined the basic principles of Marxism with the concrete practice of revolutions, and formed the Chinese Marxist Marxism initially. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the central government made certain achievements in the fifield of the rule of law, meanwhile caused ideological confinement and made the legal system twisted and turned. During the period of reform and opening up, following the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth, legal science was restored and developed, thus the Chinese Marxist legal system was gradually shaped. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, with the forming of Xi Jinping’s rule of law, Chinese Marxist Jurisprudence has entered a new stage of development.
