摘要：
司法量化评估是法治评估运动兴起和司法改革推进背景下的一个产物。对司法量化评估的体系建构和实施路径进行考察，对促进法治评估和法治国家建设具有重要意义。司法量化评估的建构逻辑是吸收社会公众与法律职业群体整体评价司法状况，然后通过一套意见传导机制将这些评价反馈出来。司法量化评估有助于从宏观角度对司法整体状况进行评估，为司法改革的宏观决策提供参考。但在具体实施上，司法量化评估也存在指标设置理想化、受访者取样偏差、结果简单化解读等潜在风险，需要对其进行理论反思，探索建立中国本土化的司法评估体系。

Abstract:
Quantitative evaluation of judicial system is in a setting of the rise of movement of evaluation of Rule of Law and judicial reform. By the Judicial Civilization Index, this article discussed the construction of system and implementation way of quantitative evaluation of judicial system. Quantitative evaluation of judicial system is helpful in the evaluation of judicial system from the macro-perspective and in the decision making in the Judicial Reform. But there are some potential dangers to overcome，including the idealization in the setting of index, the bias in the choosing of respondents and the over-simplication in the understanding of finding of research. We still need to found the local system of evaluation of judicial system by the theoretical reflection.
