摘要：
随着国际社会的历史嬗变，国际法的形式也有所发展。与此相对，国际法在形式层面的变革也在一定程度上影响、推动和改变了世界历史。因循国际法形式变革的足迹可知，条约和习惯经历了从零散分布到数量巨大、范围广泛的过程，学说教义、判例、原则和国际组织带动造法等多种国际法形式也先后亮相；而部分国际法形式在当下逆全球化的趋势下又陷入滞缓。从历史的角度来看，这种形式变革并不是超验于人类社会的独立进程，而是随着国际格局的变迁因势而动，应被解读为国际法面对历史变革所作出的回应。同时，国际法形式变革也对国际格局产生了一定的软约束和引导作用。总体而言，历史变革与国际法形式变革呈现出螺旋并进、相互但非等量影响的态势。

Abstract:
The historical evolution of the international society has led to the development of forms in international law. In contrast, changes in forms of international law have also influenced, promoted and changed world history to a certain extent. The change in forms of international law has witnessed the process of treaties and customs from being scattered to a large number and wide range; and various forms of international law, such as doctrines, precedents, principles, and international organizations driving law-making, also appeared successively. Under the current trend of anti-globalization, some forms of international law have stagnated and slowed down.
