摘要：
智能革命方兴未艾，加上疫情应对的现实需要，于是各种技术治理手段在当代社会治理领域中急速推进。与之相伴，伪技术治理现象也逐渐出现，其存在伤害科学和治理的可能性。伪技术治理产生的根源是对新科技的误读与滥用，主要类型包括伪科学治理术和非科学专家政治两类，而治理转译异化为治理误译是它的合理性证成偏差的关键。从表面上看，伪技术治理与技术治理形式相似，普通公众很难加以区别。当伪技术治理实施的操控活动产生明显的压迫感，人们总是将之怪罪于技术治理和现代科技，容易走向完全否定的极端立场。因此，要警惕伪技术治理，揭露以科技为名的社会操控行为。

Abstract:
The intelligent revolution is in the ascendant. In addition to the strong need for epidemic control, various technologies and management methods are rapidly advancing in the field of contemporary social governance. Along with this, the phenomenon of pseudo technology governance has become increasingly common, and there is the possibility of harming science and governance. The root cause of pseudo technology governance is the misreading and abuse of new technology. The main types include pseudo science governance and non scientific expert politics. The key to its rationality and deviation is the alienation of governance translation into governance mistranslation.
