近年来，排外主义运动在发达国家甚嚣尘上。欧美等国的排外主义聚焦于外来移民，而日本的排外主义与此有着很大区别，其攻击对象主要是东亚邻国人。日本排外主义的发生与日本战前时期的殖民统治、战后时期的战争责任认识问题以及当前东亚地缘政治形势变化所引发的系统效应密切相关。考察日本排外主义的历史演变可以发现，作为“恐惧论”和作为“优越论”的排外主义曾长期主导日本排外主义的话语空间。日本排外主义形成与发展的背后体现着鲜明的政治逻辑，东亚国家间关系的发展演变对此有着直接影响。当下的全球性排外主义思潮则进一步强化了日本排外主义的势头。

In recent years, the exclusivism movement has become rampant in developed countries. Different from the rejection in immigrants in European and American countries, the object of Japanese exclusivism is mainly focusing on neighbouring countries in East Asia. The occurrence of exclusivism is inseparably related to Japan’s colonial rule in the prewar period, the lack of war responsibility in the postwar period, and the current systemic effect of changes in the geopolitical situation in East Asia. It conducts a detailed investigation of the historical evolution of Japanese exclusivism, and finds that exclusivism as a “fear” and as a “superiority” both dominated the discourse space of Japanese exclusivism for a long time. There is a clear political logic behind the formation and development of Japanese exclusivism, which is closely related to government policies, economic development level, awareness of war responsibilities, and national security.
