全球互联网巨头 Facebook 正式更名为“Meta”以来，“元宇宙”的经济属性进一步受到公众关注。一方面，元宇宙经济体系的发展是中国推进产业链现代化过程中的新机遇，元宇宙技术创新促进元宇宙产业化出现，传统产业升级与产业元宇宙化融合，重塑产业链结构，引导产业向科技化、生态化转型发展。另一方面，元宇宙经济体系也给经济发展带来一定问题，技术导向、产业范围、生产向消费端的发展模式不明确，可能导致与传统产业不匹配、虚拟化、供需失调等风险，法律法规制定的“滞后”及标准“不统一”亦带来挑战。中国式元宇宙经济体系的构建，需要根据地区间、产业间的不同，形成差异化的治理模式，制定产业链上下游协同发展、虚实产业并行的产业政策，树立底线思维，将法律框架与经济现实合理匹配，克服不确定性，推动元宇宙经济良性发展。

The global internet giant Facebook has officially changed its name to “Meta”, drawing further public attention to the economic nature of the “metaverse”. On the one hand, the development of the metaverse economic system is a new opportunity in the process of promoting the modernization of the industrial chain in China. On the other hand, the metaverse economic system also brings some problems for economic growth. China needs to form a national governance model for regional and industrial differences, formulate industrial policies for the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and parallel development of real and imaginary industries, establish a bottom-line thinking, and reasonably match the legal framework with the economic reality, so as to promote the benign development of the metaverse economic system.
