摘要：
教育评价对于教育实践起着至关重要的作用，教育“内卷化”带来的无序和非理性竞争很大程度是由于教育评价未能发挥应有作用所导致的。教育评价的症结主要表现为目标上合格性评价与选拔性评价的结构失调、内容上整体评价与要素评价互不交融、技术方法上定性评价与定量评价交错缠绕。这些症结出现的深层次原因应该从文化视角、教育治理水平与技术手段运用等维度寻找答案。探索教育评价的改进路径，应树立正确的评价价值导向、建立现代教育评价治理体系、加快推进教育评价数字化转型。

Abstract:
Educational evaluation plays a vital role in educational practice, the disorder and irrational
competition brought by the“internalization”of education are largely due to the failure of evaluation to play
its due role. The crux of educational evaluation is mainly reflected in the structural imbalance between the
qualification evaluation and the selection evaluation on the target, the disintegration of the overall evaluation
and factor evaluation in content, and the intertwining of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation
in technical methods. The deep-seated reasons for these problems should focus on the cultural perspective,
educational governance level and even the use of technical means. To improve educational evaluation, we
should establish the correct evaluation value orientation and cultural cultivation, establish a modern education evaluation governance system and accelerate the digital transformation of education evaluation.
