摘要：
家又一次成为一个学术热点。人们不仅将家视为中西思想分野的焦点，而且认为家构成中国社会与国家的基本支点。因此，家似乎再次成为中国社会与国家重建的根本着力点。这样的论述，多建立在对家的哲学提纯上面：在古典意义上，家在社会领域是尊尊亲亲的伦理载体，在国家领域是博施济众的仁政依托；在现代意义上，家在社会领域是感情的寄托，在国家领域是亲民政治的依据。理想之家的超验哲学论述为其提供了正当性证明。但在经验之家中，这些提纯了的理想之家却与之发生显著疏离：作为社会基本单位的家，每一个体如何得到尊重，并以之维系家庭亲情，是一个严峻挑战；作为国家建构的家国同构原理，在现代初期已经被证明不可行，家国分立已经是一个现代基本原则。家的社会功能应受高度重视，家的国家功能应当自觉终结。

Abstract:
Family is once again an academic hotspot. People not only regard the family as the focal point of
the divide between Chinese and Western thoughts, but also believe that the family constitutes the basic fulcrum
of Chinese society and the state. Therefore, the family seems to have once again become the fundamental
focal point for the reconstruction of Chinese society and the state. Such discourses are mostly based on
the philosophical purification of the family. In the classical sense, the family is the ethical carrier of being
respectful and harmonious(zunzun qinqin) in the social realm. The social function of the family should be highly valued, whereas the national function of the family should be terminated consciously.
