摘要:
“双减”绝不只是治愈大城市教育病的专有药方,县域是未来“双减”工作攻坚克难的主战场。县域“双减”的公共生态既具教育困难的共通性,也具有县域空间的独特性,其观念生态是“流动”认同重于“育人”认同,文化生态是“苦读文化”塑造延迟教育惯性,社会生态是高考提前准备下围绕“满意教育”的集体动员与共同合作,它们的共同作用使县域“双减”比城市“双减”更富挑战。鉴于此,县域“双减”需找准症结,优化县域学校作业,促进县域学校课后服务提质增效。此外,还需警惕社会资本对县域教育的层化捆绑,防止进一步加剧县域阶层教育焦虑和县域城乡教育焦虑。

Abstract:
“Double reduction”is
not only a special prescription for curing educational diseases in big cities,
but also the main battlefield of double reduction in the future.“Double
reduction”in
counties possesses both the generality and particularity on educational
difficulties. The conceptual ecology of county-level education is based on that
the“flow”function
(regionally and hierarchically) of education is more approved than the “educating”function;
the cultural ecology of county-level education is to study arduously and defer
gratification; the social ecology of county-level education is that all kinds
of subjects pay all efforts preparing for the Gaokao (higher education entrance
examination). The combined effect of above all makes the“double
reduction”in
counties more challenging than in cities. In view of this, it is necessary to
identify the crux of the “double reduction”in
counties: improve counties’homework effect and after-class service. In
addition, it is necessary to be alert to the stratification of social capital
to county-level education, thus to prevent aggravation of county-level education
anxiety of social class and urban-rural gap.
