摘要:
关于中国的政府与社会组织关系,理论界一直存在争论,围绕法团主义和多元主义,不同研究提供了不同的理论解释。而实践的发展对这些理论解释的有效性都提出了挑战,中国的政府与社会组织关系既不完全是法团主义的,也不完全是多元主义的。近些年从中央到地方的一系列实践,正在推动形成一种连接政府和社会组织的新机制,这种机制推动了政府与社会组织关系的新发展:政府与一些具有枢纽地位的组织建立制度化联系,并通过这些具有特殊枢纽地位的组织与多元发展的社会组织建立连接,从而形成一种全新的政府与社会组织关系模式——多元化法团主义。

Abstract:
There have been different theoretical debates on the
interpretation of the relationship between the government and social
organizations in China. Around corporatism and pluralism, different studies
have provided different theoretical explanations. The development of practice
challenges the validity of these theoretical explanations. The relationship
between the government and social organizations in China is neither corporatism
nor pluralism. In recent years, a series of practices from the central
government to the local government are promoting the formation of a new
mechanism connecting government organizations and social organizations. This
mechanism has promoted the new development of the relationship between the
government and society.
