摘要:
算法伦理是当前数字社会不可回避的现实问题,不同批判理论聚焦的算法伦理问题侧重有所不同。其中,“技术批判”是建立在算法技术本体生成研究上的批判体系,“资本批判”强调对算法资本的权力、制度等方面开展批判,“文化批判”则强调对算法价值体系的批判。而空间转向是推动上述算法伦理批判理论走向整体化、深层化的必然趋势。在突破并整合传统批判理论的基础上,打破技术逻辑、资本逻辑、文化逻辑的线性束缚,进而实现算法社会空间的整体性耦合互动,勾勒算法空间本体、空间辩证法、空间正义的分析框架,有助于算法空间的伦理生态基础建设。

Abstract:
Algorithmic ethics, an unavoidable aspect of the current digital society, receives varying degrees of focus from different critical theories. Among them, “technology criticism” is a framework rooted in the ontological study of algorithmic technology, “capital criticism” emphasizes the critique of algorithmic capital at the levels of power and institutions, and “cultural criticism” emphasizes the critique of algorithmic value systems. The integration and deepening of algorithmic ethics criticism requires a spatial turn, which is an inevitable trend. By transcending and integrating traditional critical theories, we can break free from the linear constraints of technical logic, capital logic, and cultural logic. This will facilitate the overall coupling and interaction of algorithmic social spaces. Furthermore, by outlining an analytical framework for algorithm space ontology, spatial dialectics, and spatial justice, we can contribute to the ethical and ecological infrastructure of algorithm spaces.
