摘要：
自由主义如何面对民族主义成为当代重要思想命题，从思想史角度对两者关系进行梳理，才能展现这一论题内在的复杂与张力。在这个维度上，追溯自由主义者霍布斯、洛克、贡斯当、阿克顿等与民族主义思想之间的关系，分析体现在马克斯·韦伯和卡尔·施米特那里的自由主义和民族主义之间的紧张，进而阐述二战之后自由主义处理民族主义的两种方式——一是以哈耶克为代表的民族主义批判，一是以赛亚·伯林和耶尔·塔米尔以自由主义包容民族主义的努力，可以见出，民族主义和自由主义虽然分别代表了人类的集体性和个人性这两种古老的维度，两者彼此依存也彼此冲突，但终究要走向调谐。

Abstract:
How liberalism faces nationalism has become an important contemporary ideological topic. Only by sorting out the relationship between the two from the perspective of ideological history can we demonstrate the inherent complexity and tension of this topic. In this dimension, it traces back the relationship between Hobbes, Locke, Constant, Dalberg-Acton, etc., and analyzes the tension between liberalism and nationality reflected in Max Weber and Carl Schmitt, and then expounds the two ways of liberalism to deal with nationalism after World War II. Although nationalism and liberalism represent two ancient dimensions of human collectivity and individualism, which are interdependent and conflicting, they ultimately need to move towards harmony.
