摘要：

在政治哲学的意义上，政治的真实本性在于人民性，即人民统治和治理社会，具体体现为人民为了自身的幸福，运用法律统治社会，并授权其代表在法律范围内依据法律治理社会的社会管理活动。政治是在人类基本共同体日益复杂化的条件下伴随国家出现的，它是统治阶级为了实现自身利益和维护社会秩序，凭借以暴力机器为后盾的公共权力对社会实行治理的活动及其方式。到目前为止的政治都是统治阶级以国家为载体实现的，但这绝不意味着政治必定与国家相伴随，更不意味着国家的本质就是政治的真实本性。政治本性源自社会本性，而社会本性源自人类本性，人类本性则是与万物相通的。社会本性是政治本性的直接基础，人类本性则是政治本性的深层根基。

Abstract:

In the sense of political philosophy, the true nature of politics lies in the people’s nature, which is reflected in the social management activities of the people as social rulers, who, for their own happiness, use the law to rule society and authorize their representatives to govern society within the scope of law. Politics is the activity and way in which the ruling class, in order to achieve their own interests and maintain social order, relies on public power backed by violent machines to govern society under the increasingly complex conditions of the basic human community. Politics is achieved by the ruling class using the state as the carrier. However, this does not necessarily mean that politics must accompany the state, let alone that the essence of the state is the true nature of politics. Political nature originates from social nature, while social nature originates from human nature, which is interconnected with all things. Social nature is the direct foundation of political nature, while human nature is the deep foundation of political nature.
