摘要:

培养人应是大学的根本宗旨。我们必须在知识生产、人才培养的维度思考“学生为本”这一根本问题。大学如何有效地、合理地、全面地形成不同人才的成长管理、促进方式,是大学管理决策的核心问题。具体到一所工科学校的人文教育问题,需要在知识生产方式上明了人文学科和工科发展的根本不同及各自特殊性,明确其人才培养、学科建设的不同机制,进而守住人文(学科)学术发展的常道——投入时间成本、鼓励学术个性、诉诸经验共识、立足本土研究、建立本土标准。

Abstract:

Cultivating people should be the fundamental purpose of universities. We must think about the fundamental issue of student-based in knowledge production and talent cultivation. How universities can effectively, reasonably and comprehensively form the growth management and promotion of different talents is the core issue of university management and decision-making. Specifically for the humanities education in an engineering school, it is necessary to understand the fundamental difference between the development of humanities and engineering as well as their respective specificities in the way of knowledge production, to clarify the different mechanisms of talent training and discipline construction, Thus keep the timeless principles of humanities (disciplines) academic development: investing the time and cost, encouraging academic individuality, resorting to experience and consensus, basing on the local research.
