摘要:
短视频平台通过全新的回报逻辑、构建未来奖励想象的投资话语和基于意义感的精神化叙事方式来引导创作者进行时间和金钱的主动投入,通过流量化的单一评价标准实现对创作者劳动结果与价值回报的分化,通过全景监视与流量控制的信息权力行使实现对创作者的双重规训。希望劳动这一概念是对短视频平台实现劳动同意达成、劳动结果分化和劳动过程持续的概括,是基于流量分配权力所形成的对劳动者创作行为和创作内容的规训,也是短视频平台之于其他平台劳动控制的独特机制。

Abstract:
With the infrastructure of the platform and the ideology of technology, short video platforms guide creators to actively invest time and money through new reward logic, investment discourses that build future reward imagination, and spiritual narrative methods based on sense of meaning. Through the single evaluation standard of flow, they realize the differentiation of creators’ labor results and value returns. Through the exercise of information power of panoramic surveillance and flow control, they realize the dual discipline of creators. The concept of hope labor is a summary and condensation of the realization of labor consent, labor result differentiation, and labor process sustainability in short video platforms. The discipline of creators’ creative behavior and content based on the power of flow distribution is also the unique mechanism of labor control in short video platforms compared with other platforms.
