摘要:
感觉替代使用一种特定的感官通道提供通常由另一感官通道收集的环境信息。首先,感觉替代的实现突破了传统基于感官的模态分类法,提出了更灵活的标准来个体化感觉;其次,当代反神经中心主义的方法论、超越功能的感觉观、生成主义的认知思潮从各个维度挑战了以神经还原为底层逻辑的替代技术;最后,当前的感觉替代在技术上依赖于大脑神经可塑性的基本原理,在概念上受制于以神经生物学为主导的个体化标准的影响,在本体上表现出“神经可塑主体”的神话。因此,反思并超克这一技术的限度,进而在大脑-身体-环境-演化-社会的交互网络中重新发现感觉的意义显得尤为重要。

Abstract:
Sensory substitution employs a specific sensory channel to convey environmental information typically gathered by another sense. Firstly, the realization of sensory substitution breaks through the traditional sense-based modality taxonomy and proposes more flexible criteria for individualizing perception. Secondly, contemporary anti-neurocentric methodologies, anti-functional views of perception, and the enactivist approach to cognition challenge substitution with neural reductions as an underlying logic in various dimensions. Finally, current sensory substitution relies technically on the fundamentals of neuroplasticity in the brain, is conceptually influenced by neurobiologically dominated criteria of individualization, and ontologically implies the myth of the “neuroplastic subject”. Therefore, it is crucial to reflect on and go beyond the limits of this technology, rediscovering the significance of perception in the interactive network of brain-body-environment-evolution-society.
